MADISON, Wis. — Wisconsin wildlife officials say a deadly bat disease has spread into Dane County. Department of Natural Resources officials announced Tuesday that swabs taken from two eastern pipistrelles from a single cave in November tested positive for the white-nose syndrome fungus.
